Monday, March 13, 2023 High: 59.2 Low: 33.7 Partly Cloudy Observations: Nurseries that I follow on Instagram have posted a frost warning for tonight. It's supposed to get down to about 25. There was some hail or snow falling in the early evening More and more dandelion flowers appearing There was some cold stress on the Desert King fig. The leaves were curled. Tasks Stopped by that dirt pile I noticed on the way into town. Turns out it is some good stuff! Dark compost, and some brown soil. I filled up all three 20G fabric containers that I had in the car. It appears to be unmonitored but there was a car that stopped near me for a while, and then the passenger looked at me. Maybe I'm paranoid. It looks abandoned and uncared for, though. Responded to an ad for some free bricks in Weaverville. Did not disappoint. I got a bunch of them but didn't want to get too many in order to avoid scraping the chassis.
