2023-04-12: The Wasp

High: 78.0
Low: 34.3
Sunny

Observations:
  • There was a wasp in the fig greenhouse. How the heck did it find the figs? :)
  • From now on, I am going to use captions on the images to write out my observations instead of listing them here
Tasks
  • Got some dirt in Weaverville in the morning. There was a woman and her daughter loading up, too. Also, a truck getting loaded. The compost pile is very small now, but there is still a lot of leaf mulch.
  • Worked on the path... Have the outer "loop" all marked out, just need to plant the last leg.
  • Watered the path twice (morning and late afternoon)
  • Watered the greenhouse figs, potatoes, peas and beds
  • Got some more dirt from the pile near Asheville in the evening, after song circle.
  • Took the figs + tulsi outside again
Ideas/TODO:
  • Keep working on the path
  • Our lows are supposed to be above 50 for the next few days, so I think I'll keep the bedroom figs outside. Eeek!!
